Neck and Shoulders

A gentle 25 minute practice to release tension from the neck and shoulders. 

Seated Sequence

The practice is seated and perfect for days when your energy may be low, but still need a decent stretch and release. 20 minutes. 

Beginner’s Vinyasa

Vinyasa means ‘to flow with the breath’. A fun introduction to a vinyasa practice. Broken down into 3 mini vinyasa sequences. This practice will help to gently strengthen the body, gain flexibility and boost your body confidence.  15 minute flow. 

Yoga for Hips

A 30 minute practice, focusing on the lower body, especially the hips. Suitable for beginners. 

Guided Savasana

A 10 minute guided savasana to take anytime or after your practice. 

Gentle Yoga

Release tension all through the body in a gentle style. This practice is perfect to start or end the day with. Suitable for beginners. 

10 Minute Bed Yoga

Do this practice in bed, in your pyjamas. A gentle practice to reawaken the body for the day or to release stress from the day and prepare for a good nights sleep.

10 minute video for hips and back

All level practice you can do anytime.

Full body flow.

Plank it out and enjoy, twists and gentle back bends in this 10 minute sequence.

10 minute beginners flow

A nice introduction to a beginners flow to release tension from the body.
